Our pursuit of the perfect T-shirt began in 1975, when we sold Jaws T-shirts printed in a friend’s basement. Over the years, we’ve curated a resort wear collection that offers the best that’s available. From the collegiate to the classic to the fun and funny, we select garments that present a range of looks to suit everyone in the family. We choose high quality T-shirts, sweatshirts and outerwear, and accessories to go with them. All made to tell the story of life on Martha’s Vineyard. All made to last, just like your Vineyard memories. 

Return Policy

ALL items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamged accompanied by proof of purchase. ALL discounted items are final sale(no exchanges or retunrs)

Online Orders

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns may be made by mail or in store. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in store are eligible for even exchanges or store credit only within 14 days of purchase. No refunds.

Exchanges/Returns of items that arrived damaged/defective or incorrect

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free exchange and cover shipping both ways(to you and back to us). Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shirttalesmv@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Exchanges for size or a different item

If you’re exchanging for a different size or different garment, you are responsible for shipping costs.

We will contact you for shipping payment before sending the replacement item.

Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return or exchange in your package of returned item (s). An exchange (size/color change, if available), or return will be processed after the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
